To better help our patients prepare for and enjoy their time in our office, we offer you the following information regarding our financial options and our insurance information:

• We are premier providers with Delta Dental Premier.
• We are open ended to PPO plans.
• We are not on any DMO lists.
• It is our policy to ask for the designated or expected co-payment at the time of service rendered.

Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding specific insurance plans. We are always ready and willing to help you understand how to financially prepare for our office.

We also understand that some patients may need quality dental care that we can provide. Our goal is to prevent financial problems from interfering needed dental care. To help you finance payment of services, we offer all of our patients with the option of applying for and using Care Credit – a third-party financing company that will help you spread your fee over several months with little to no interest rates. We also will accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card payments.
